Detectives with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrest a Steuben County man for dissemination and possession of child pornography. Investigators get a Cyber Tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. It leads to a search warrant at Zachary Fifer’s CR 500 South home in Pleasant Lake. Fifer, 24, was then arrested. He’s in the Steuben County Jail, now. He faces the court, soon.
