Fire destroys Defiance garage

A fire over the weekend destroyed a garage and did some damage to the home it was attached on Crestwood Dr. in Defiance. The fire on Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. destroyed an four wheeler and another vehicle. Firefighters are working to determine what caused the fire which they believe started in that garage. Four people had to find somewhere else to stay. The fire department said the damage was considerable, but should be able to be repaired.
