Fleming Enters Plea

Tolby Fleming…the Defiance man, accused of restraining a woman and then raping her…enters a guilty plea in an area courtroom. Gross sexual imposition and kidnapping charges apply in the case. Judge, Joseph Schmenk orders a pre-sentence investigation and continues Fleming’s $150,000 cash bond with a 10% allowance provision. He is being held in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Fleming has been there, since the summer. He has a court date in January.
