A village resident expressed her frustrations over continued flooding issues in Emerald Acres during Tuesday’s council meeting. Karen Sunday said she has become very frustrated with the lack of progress in addressing the issue, which she first brought to council’s attention about a year and a half ago. According to Administrator Robert Fisher, it is at the top of his priority list to look at and get fixed. He said the next step would be to get a camera to look out the outflow along Dennis Street. Fisher said he had been working with Scott Strahley of the Rural Community Assistance Partnership on the issue.
