Former Pandora teacher facing charges of sexual battery and furnishing alcohol to a minor

28 year old Jessica L. Storer of South Ave., Pandora, was arraigned on Dec. 22 in court on charges of sexual battery and six counts of furnishing alcohol to an underage person. She pleaded not guilty. 33 year old Derrick Storer also of South Ave. in Pandora, was charged with six counts of furnishing alcohol to an underage person in municipal court. He pleaded not guilty. Jessica Storer had reportedly been a substitute teacher with the Putnam County Educational Service Center prior to the incident. The complaint was filed with the Pandora Police Department on Dec. 21 and involved a male student from Pandora-Gilboa Schools. The incident took place at her residence on Nov. 25-26. She waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Putnam Common Pleas Court. Her bond was set at $50,000.
