Four are indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury following a rash of thefts in the eastern part of the county this summer…Michael Starbird…Alan Shelor…Shelby Smith…and Zachary Neal…all from the Toledo area…face breaking and entering charges and more. The busts come as the result of some teamwork between several police forces in the region.
