Freemont Man Surrenders After Standoff

A Fre­mont man sur­ren­dered peace­fully Sun­day after the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and Fre­mont Police responded to a call regard­ing bat­tery with bod­ily injury. Jacob Spradlin was found him at a Fre­mont home. Police formed a perime­ter around the res­i­dence and finally got Spradlin to come out, where he sur­ren­dered. Fre­mont Police charged Spradlin with Bat­tery result­ing in bod­ily injury… a Class A Misdemeanor.
