Williams County deputy, Mick Frisbie was in a Williams County courtroom, charged with perjury. Prosecutors say during proceedings from Nov. 2, 2016, to Nov. 14, 2017, Frisbie made a false statement while under oath. The charge stems from conflicting comments Frisbie made in regard to an officer-involved shooting death in 2016. Frisbie is still is on the force, working at headquarters during the proceedings.
