In Fulton County…the Grand Jury indicts charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Joseph Dollarhide, of Toledo is accused of on nine counts of Nonsupport of Dependents. Michaela Spencer of Bryan is indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and more in a 2022 incident. Larry Clark, 70, of Swanton…is indicted on one count of Trafficking Marijuana. On or about February 17, 2022, he allegedly sold or offered to sell Marijuana, and the amount of the drug Involved equaled or exceeded 200 grams but was less than 1,000 grams. 23CR45. Justin Luna of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of a FentanyI-Related Compound. He was picked up by police back in January.
