Fulton County jury finds Harris guilty of 3 charges in death of 3-year old girl.

A Fulton County jury has ruled 29 year old Devon Harris guilty of three charges in the August 2022 death of a 3-year-old girl. Harris was found guilty of two counts of endangering children and one count of involuntary manslaughter on April 11. Harris was ruled not guilty of murder and felonious assault. Harris was indicted in 2022 following the death of 3-year-old Gemma Thompson, who died as a result of severe injuries that “appeared to be the result of trauma,” police said at the time.
