FULTON COUNTY POLL RESULTS

Some tax issues were approved Tues­day in Ful­ton County.

The 0.7-mill, five-year renewal for the oper­a­tions of the county’s 911 sys­tem passed by an unof­fi­cial mar­gin of 2,189–713, while the 0.5-mill, 10-year renewal for the county health dis­trict also passed, 1,957–931.

Only 2,935 peo­ple cast bal­lots out of the 29,336 reg­is­tered vot­ers in the county, a show­ing of just 10 percent.
