There was only one issue facing some Putnam County voters on Tuesday, and those voters narrowly turned down levies and a 0.5-mill, 30-year facilities bond for the Apollo Career Center Joint Vocational School District. Of 286 voters in five precincts, 144 voted against the issue… 142 voted for it.
