Gov., DeWine awards more than $42 million dollars in grants to promote school safety, including grants to two school districts in Williams County. Bryan City Schools and Edon Northwest Local Schools were two of the 624 schools who received funding through the fifth round of Ohio’s K-12 School Safety Grant Program. Bryan received $100,000 in grants, split evenly between the elementary and the middle/high school. The funds will also be used to upgrade security infrastructure and enhance security measures already in place. Edon schools received $200,000 in grants, split evenly between the elementary and high school.
