Gang seminar in Angola open to public

A free train­ing pro­gram on gangs is planned for Feb­ru­ary 3rd in Angola at Trine University’s Fabi­ani The­ater. In the morn­ing ses­sion, speaker Bruce Malkin, Pres­i­dent of the Illi­nois Chap­ter of the Mid­west Gang Inves­ti­ga­tors Asso­ci­a­tion, will speak on how gangs impact communities.
It’s hosted by the Indi­ana Chap­ter of the Mid­west Gang Inves­ti­ga­tors and other area crim­i­nal jus­tice agen­cies. The morn­ing ses­sion will be open to the gen­eral pub­lic as well as law enforce­ment offi­cials. An after­noon ses­sion is not open to the public.
