An Angola woman, accused of shooting a man last October, makes a guilty plea in a Steuben County courtroom. Counsel for Heather Garr filed the plea on attempted manslaughter charges. Prosecutors say Garr shot a man with a handgun. The victim was hospitalized for a time. Garr is scheduled for sentencing on August 20th.
