Susan Gearhart, the former Montpelier Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, pleads not guilty to a felony charge of theft dating back to her time, when she led the organization. Prosecutors say Gearhart stole $6,054.96 from the chamber between 2014 and 2019. The investigation is concluded and no further charges are expected to be filed against Gearhart or anyone else.
