Gearhart Hearing Re Scheduled

A hearing for a former Montpelier city leader, accused of theft is postponed. Ex-Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Susan Gearhart, was scheduled to appear in a Williams County courtroom on theft charges. The hearing has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. on July 30. Prosecutors say Gearhart stole $6,054.96 from the chamber between December 2014 and May 2019. In February, she pled not guilty.
