Gerard Enters Plea

Jonathan Gerard of Delta pleads guilty to attempted possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to serve 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, all suspended, with credit for time served. He will pay prosecution costs and complete drug treatment.
