Gessel Gives Plea

Steven Gessel, the Lima man indicted on five sexual abuse-related charges, entered pleas to two charges in a Williams courtroom. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and Gessel’s $250,000 bond was continued. Sentencing is scheduled for April, 18. Charges of rape, kidnapping and abduction, will be dismissed at sentencing, in a plea deal.
