Get Ready For Ribfest

If you like smoked ribs, lis­ten up! Ten local non-profit groups will be smok­ing up racks of ribs for the 10th annual Henry County Rib Fest tomor­row in down­town Napoleon. It all gets under­way at 5:30 tomor­row after­noon at North Perry, West Wash­ing­ton and East Wash­ing­ton streets. Enter­tain­ment will be pro­vided by 50 Amp Fuse, and there will be a $5 cover charge. Any­one 12-and-under, accom­pa­nied by an adult, gets in free. Rib smok­ers this year include the Napoleon Fire Depart­ment, Henry County Arts Coun­cil, Ridgeville Fire Depart­ment, Dam­as­cus Town­ship Fire Depart­ment, Together We Can Make a Dif­fer­ence Ini­tia­tive, Napoleon Opti­mists, Sym­phony of Trees, Ham­ler Fire Depart­ment, Napoleon Moose Lodge, Florida/Flatrock Fire Depart­ment and the Henry County Humane Soci­ety. If you can’t make it in per­son tomor­row, the Sym­phony of Trees is offer­ing a pre-sale of ribs. Just call 419–592-9455. Ribs are $16 for a full rack and $9 for a half rack.
