If you like smoked ribs, listen up! Ten local non-profit groups will be smoking up racks of ribs for the 10th annual Henry County Rib Fest tomorrow in downtown Napoleon. It all gets underway at 5:30 tomorrow afternoon at North Perry, West Washington and East Washington streets. Entertainment will be provided by 50 Amp Fuse, and there will be a $5 cover charge. Anyone 12-and-under, accompanied by an adult, gets in free. Rib smokers this year include the Napoleon Fire Department, Henry County Arts Council, Ridgeville Fire Department, Damascus Township Fire Department, Together We Can Make a Difference Initiative, Napoleon Optimists, Symphony of Trees, Hamler Fire Department, Napoleon Moose Lodge, Florida/Flatrock Fire Department and the Henry County Humane Society. If you can’t make it in person tomorrow, the Symphony of Trees is offering a pre-sale of ribs. Just call 419–592-9455. Ribs are $16 for a full rack and $9 for a half rack. Other local businesses will be serving up delicious food too. For more information, contact the Henry County Visitors Bureau at 419–592-1786 or online at www.visitnaphc.com
