It’s man versus bug. This time, the Ohio Department of Agriculture is set to take on the gypsy moth in a planned aerial campaign. The attack in Williams County will focus on two tree clusters near and on the Fulton County line, northeast of Alvordton. Property owners will share 50 percent of the cost with the ODA.
