Gibson Gets 17 Years

The former leader of a motorcycle gang is sentenced to 17 years in prison on federal drug and gun charges. Shon Gibson of Rome City was accused with intent to distribute methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm. It was December 2016 when police served a search warrant at Gibson’s home. There, federal authorities say, they find the meth…over $32,000 in cash…two AK-47 rifles and some hand grenades. Gibson is believed to be the former vice-president of the Escorts Motorcycle Club.
