GM Defiance worker killed on the job

A GM worker fell to his death yesterday at the Defiance Casting location. The accident happened about 1 p.m. reportedly fell about 40 feet and died at the scene, according to the coroner. The man’s name is being held until next of kin is notified. The man’s death is under investigation and OSHA will also be involved.
