Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments

A Williams County Grand Jury met Tues­day and handed down 42 indict­ments on a long list of charges. Accord­ing to the law, many of those indicted have not been arrested, and until they are, their cases are not per­mit­ted to appear pub­licly.
