Guerrero Faces Charges

Raziel Guerrero of Napoleon faces felony charges after leading law enforcement on a chase. Guerrero is accused of aggravated burglary and felonious assault with specifications, both first-degree felonies…and one count of failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a third-degree felony. Guerrero was granted court-appointed counsel and pled not guilty to the charges. A pretrial hearing is set for June 24. Bond for Guerrero is $500,000.
