Flames caused a lot of damage to a home in Hamler on Monday evening.
The Hamler Fire Department was called to the home of Polly Fackler on Henry County Road Y just before midnight on Monday. Other area fire crews were also called in for assistance, and the fire was declared out around 2am. However, crews were called back just before 5 Tuesday afternoon after the fire re-kindled.
No word of any injuries and no damage estimate has been given. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
