HC Water Tower Odyssey Over

Officials say the water tower in Holiday City will be back in service by the middle of this week. It has been unusable since extreme cold weather in January caused the fill pipe to burst. The water line from Montpelier was adequate to maintain water service to the village over the nearly five months the tower was not usable. Crews are working on the finishing touches right now.
