A Defiance man is arrested…for an eighth drunk driving charge. Gilberto Martinez, 62, was pulled over for speeding and not using a turn signal on Ohio 111 near Dotterer Street. Soon after…the cops can tell he’s drunk…and bring him in after he fails a sobriety test. The case continues.
