Henry County Arrests

Two peo­ple in Henry County were arrested fol­low­ing a theft inves­ti­ga­tion. The Henry County Sheriff’s office says 38 year old Erica Simon, and 37 year old Frank Simon, both from the Mal­inta area were both taken into cus­tody. Erica Simon has been charged with theft; Frank Simon has been arrested on war­rants from Henry County and Defi­ance County, in both cases charg­ing him with felony counts of Domes­tic Vio­lence. Both Erica Simon and Frank Simon were taken to the north­west Ohio regional jail.
