The Henry County Commissioners have filed a civil claim against Ruralogic, Inc with offices also in Bryan, Napoleon and Archbold for non-payment of a loan.

According to the suit, the commissioners approved a $200,000 loan to the company in March 2011. Ruralogic’s last payment was made last September.

The commissioners also filed a claim against Horse Power Sales.Net, Inc., of Napoleon in the amount of $50,000 plus interest.

A loan was approved in August of 2009.

The Bryan Times reports that in September, a new note was created and Horse Power Sales.Net owner Doug Pelmear would have six months to repay the loan.

Pelmear reportedly has not made any payments.
