Henry Men Bound Over

In Henry County, two peo­ple who were arrested in a home break-in ear­lier this month have been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury.

31 year old Leo Jef­fers, Jr waived his pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing on a felony charge of Break­ing and Enter­ing.

74 year old Ray­mond Barnes of Lib­erty Cen­ter waived his hear­ing on a felony charge of Receiv­ing Stolen Prop­erty.

Both men were released on their own recog­ni­zance; but ordered to have no con­tact with the vic­tim, and they must report to the Henry County pro­ba­tion depart­ment twice each week.
