Hicksville fire damages apartment

A fire in Hicksville on Tuesday afternoon damaged an apartment in the 600 block of E. Smith Street. Mutual aid was called out to fight the fire, from Farmer, Sherwood, Antwerp, Defiance and Edgerton fire departments. No one was injured in the fire, which happened just before 3 p.m. Tuesday. The fire department still working on the cause.
