Hicksville man arrested for failing to appear in court

A man who was charged with Mak­ing a False Police report was arrested Fri­day night for fail­ing to appear in Bryan Munic­i­pal Court. Bryan Police caught up with Patrick Oyer at an apart­ment on West Hicks St. in Hicksville. The 27-year-old was arrested about 10:20 p.m. Fri­day and trans­ported to the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio.
