The grand jury has indicted a 36-year-old Hicksville man on sex charges with a child under the age of 13. The man, James Blaising, is facing four counts of gross sexual imposition. The charges stem from alleged incidents in January where the man is accused of having sexual contact with a female under 13 on multiple occasions.
