Hicksville Village Council choses new member to fill vacancy.

Hicksville Village Council chose a new member to fill a vacancy during its meeting Monday evening. Bo Gonwick was chosen from among five candidates who addressed council during its Dec. 15th meeting. Gonwick was sworn in Monday for a four-year term by Mayor Mike Barth.
