Some area residents say they plan to appeal a ruling, approving the permits to operate a 4,800-head hog farm in Pulaski Township. The Ohio Department of Agriculture, issued the approval for the Brown Swine Farm. The applicants, Robert and Sarell Brown, plan to build a new facility on Defiance-Williams County Line Road, just east of County Road 16. Michael Corwin and Tom Hall say they plan to submit an appeal. Their main concern?…property values in the area.
