House Fire Extinguished in Edgerton

Edgerton Fire puts out a blaze at a home on E. Lynn St. A man and 3-year-old child both got out okay. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Officials tell reporters the fire started with a mattress on the second floor and is not believed to be suspicious. It caused substantial smoke and water damage to the second floor and water damage to the first.
