The Williams County Port Authority is executing a purchase option for a future senior housing location. Plans for a development were publicly announced during a joint meeting of the authority back in January. Officials say…Fountain Creek Senior Villas, would consist of 42 single-level, two-bedroom, ranch style rental units…built on 9 acres, along the proposed South Portland St. extension to County Road. Frontier Community Services, a provider of services to children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, is the developer of the project.
