Police in DeKalb County say a man suffering from a medical emergency crashed his car into the median along I-69. Apparently, the 52-year-old man was southbound, near the 323 mile marker when he became ill. The van left the road into the median. It continued on for about 200 feet before coming to a stop. A passenger in the van was taken to an area hospital. The driver was also hurt.
