Indiana man bound over to Defiance Co. Common Pleas Court.

In crime news, 22 year old Kristopher Patrick, of Garrett, Ind., waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a fourth-degree felony charge of strangulation. The case was bound over to Defiance County Common Pleas Court along with a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. His $50,000 bond with a 10% allowance provision was continued.
