A teen gets cut out from her car after it is hit…head-on by a minivan on County Road 28 in DeKalb County. Witnesses tell officers…the minivan was heading west…then suddenly…the driver crosses the center line…smashing into the hatchback, driven by the 18-year-old girl. She has a broken arm…mended at an area hospital. The driver of the van is alright. State and local investigators are on the case at this hour.
