Injury Accident Near Defiance

Three people are hurt after a crash near Defiance. Officials say the drivers of both vehicles and a passenger were taken to hospitals in Defiance and Toledo. Witnesses told officers an SUV was westbound on Banner School Road…the driver failed to stop at the Ohio 66 signal. The vehicle struck a southbound pickup truck. Both vehicles careened off the roadway…the second vehicle overturned. The driver of the SUV was cited for failure to yield. The investigation into the crash continues.
