Injury Crash In DKC

A woman was injured after a hit-and-run crash that happened over the weekend. DeKalb County deputies was called to State Road 8 just east of County Road 51. Officials say a car driven by Autumn Parker was traveling east on 8 when it slowed down and attempted to turn. As she slowed down, a pickup truck rear-ended her vehicle. The crash caused Parker’s car to spin into a ditch. She complained of head pain after the crash but refused further treatment. Authorities say that the pick-up truck left the scene. The investigation continues.
