Injury Crash In Van Wert Co

Three people are in the hospital after an SUV crashes in Van Wert County, on State Route 697 near Brickner Road. The SUV, driven by Adam Reindel was heading west on 697 when the vehicle went off the side of the road and rolled over in a field. Reindel and one of his passengers, Christian Laukhuf were taken to a hospital in Lima. A second passenger, Andrew Settlemire was airlifted from the scene. Officials say alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the crash…no other vehicles were involved. The crash is under investigation.
