Items stolen in a Williams County burglary recovered in Indiana

An investigation in an Indiana county has led to recovery of items stolen in a Williams County burglary. 31 year old Jonathan Depew was charged with auto theft/receiving stolen auto parts, illegal possession of a legend drug, and maintaining a common nuisance. A warrant was obtained and a search of Depew’s property on U.S. 20 in Steuben County’s York Township was conducted Thursday. During the execution of the search warrant, several items reported stolen from a Williams County property were located along with several items commonly associated with the use of marijuana.
