IT’S NOT OVER YET FOR THE EDGERTON SENIOR CENTER

The Edgerton Senior Center may not have to go without a home for long.

It was announced Monday the center was going to shut down activities in the village community building on June 28. However, the county would continue to provide home-delivered meals and services without a local office, although there would be no more central senior center where folks could gather. Well, hold on. That may not be the case after all.

According to The Bryan Times, three Edgerton churches have offered use of their facilities.

No definite word yet on when, if, or how that may come about, but it is being considered.
