Michelle Jacob, a Williams County Sheriff’s deputy assigned to the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force, was recognized by Williams County Prosecutor, Katie Zartman as the county’s first Top Cop of 2018. Jacob was the principle investigator in the case against Jeremy Havens, a local drug dealer who sold a lethal mix of heroin and fentanyl that caused the death of a Pioneer man in 2016.
