Putnam County authorities want a jail inmate who failed to return from a doctor’s appointment. Donald Schulte is 6-feet tall…170…with greens eyes and blondish red hair. He was last seen wearing a burgundy long-sleeved dress shirt with gray slacks. He has numerous tattoos, including a heart on his left and the number 1 on his right hand.
