Jobless numbers for February

Unemployment numbers are out for last month and the state’s rate is unchanged at 4.9 percent. Williams County’s rate is lower than the four-county area, at 5.2 percent. Defiance is 5.8, Fulton is 5.8 and Henry County is 7.1 last month.
