Jury trial set in Defiance County for Bryan man accused of four felonies.

A jury trial has been set in Defiance County for a Bryan man accused of four felonies, including assault, strangulation and abduction. Andrew Layne was arrested in October in Defiance County on the charges. A jury trial for the case was set for April 11 at 9 a.m. in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Bond was originally set at $150,000 dollars and on Oct. 12 Layne was able to post the 10% allowed and has been released on his own recognizance.
